Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However we are aware that things can go wrong resulting ina patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.

To submit a complaint to the practice, Please put your concerns into writing addressing the letter to the Practice Manager who will deal with your complaint appropriately.

GP Patient Survey

The GP patient survery is an independent survey run by Ipos on behalf of NHS England. The survery us sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice
